Our conference theme, “Igniting Your Light and the Hope Within,”
embodies the history and spirit of this conference, which for the past 40 years has advocated
steadfastly for the cultivation of an ethic of hope and optimism for Utah’s at-risk youth and the
professionals who serve them; the advancement of cutting-edge and best-practice approaches
to improving the lives of youth; and the creation of an annual opportunity for professionals to
make connection to creativity, inspiration and new and old friends. Wherever useful, please
